Program Guidelines

• We offer an In-House Membership Plan designed for non-insured patients at a reduced rate allowing complete, comprehensive dental care for 1 year.
• The program is for cash paying patients and is broken into two categories based on the patients recommended hygiene necessity and interval.
• As a membership benefit, patients also receive 25% of all other treatment needs.
• The 'Periodontal Disease Therapy' category is designed to maintain the gum/bone health of patients diagnosed with periodontal disease. To qualify for this category a Scaling and Root Planing (commonly known as a deep cleaning) must have been completed in the past 4 months prior to joining the membership plan.
